Enquiry form
When you send the contact form, your name, email address, phone number (if given), service of interest and message are sent to Real Tech Solutions. They are stored in our internal enquiry system and emailed to our team so we can reply. We use these details only to respond to your enquiry and to follow up on it.
IRIS assistant
IRIS is an automated assistant that answers questions about our services. Your messages are sent to our server and processed by a third-party AI provider (Groq) to generate replies. If you give IRIS your name, email or phone number, the conversation is saved as an enquiry and shared with our team. A random session identifier is kept in your browser's local storage so the conversation can continue if you reload the page. Please do not share passwords, payment details or other sensitive information in the chat.
WhatsApp, email, phone and LinkedIn
If you contact us through WhatsApp, email, phone or LinkedIn, those services handle your messages under their own terms and privacy policies.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Our hosting provider processes technical information, such as IP addresses and server logs, needed to deliver and secure the website.
Express store
The Express Store link opens a separate store website. Its accounts, orders and information handling are separate from this website.
